Julia Blandori, a Greenwich native and accomplished chef, studied Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales. She is certified in wine from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust and holds a Master’s certification in cheese from the Artisan in Manhattan.
Julia’s extensive experience includes creating wine lists and developing menus for local restaurants, as well as working as a Sommelier, where she shared her passion for wine and food pairings. Her culinary expertise was further honed through regular work with local caterers.
Now, as a mother of two, Julia runs her own catering business, expertly handling events from small dinner parties to large weddings and galas. In addition to her culinary skills, Julia is adept at coordinating various aspects of events, ensuring that every detail from décor to service runs smoothly.
With a keen eye for taste, color, ingredient integrity, and presentation, Julia ensures every menu she delivers is exceptional. Her comprehensive approach to event planning makes her a valuable asset in creating seamless and memorable experiences for her clients.
